How It Started

Eat My Dust was founded by an avid cyclist and data analytics leader who rode 2025 Seattle to Portland — 212 miles — and noticed a contradiction in the training block leading up to it. The pursuit of performance had quietly become a steady intake of processed and ultra processed food in addition to different powders.

The question was simple: what if the fuel that powered an endurance athlete was also just real food? Not a compromise between performance and health — both, without negotiation.

Medjool Original was the answer to that question. Three dates. One ingredient. Thirty minutes of fuel. Built in Seattle, tested on asphalt.
