REAL FOOD.
REAL ATHLETES.
Eat My Dust is built on a simple belief: endurance athletes deserve fuel that performs at the highest level and is made from ingredients that belong in a kitchen. Whole food, honest nutrition, zero compromise.
THE STANDARD
WE SET.
Real food has fueled human endurance for thousands of years. They are performance nutrition. Eat My Dust exists to make that case, one clean ingredient at a time.
Every ingredient in every product is something you can find in a kitchen, name without a dictionary, and eat without a second thought. That's our floor!
Clean eating, high performance and easy consumption are not a trade-off. We engineer every product around real athletic output — carbohydrate timing, energy density, gut tolerance, and, of course, easy to consume. Nature gets the credit. We just get the timing and packaging right.
The ingredient list is the product. No filler, no fine print. If we can't say exactly what's in it and why, it doesn't belong on the label.
NATURE BUILT
THE ANSWER.
Research comparing whole food carbohydrates to commercial sports products has found no significant difference in performance — same carbohydrate oxidation rates, same time trial results, same output on the road (Too, B.W. et al., Natural versus commercial carbohydrate supplementation and endurance running performance, Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition, 2012).
Whole food delivers a complete micronutrient profile alongside the carbohydrates, such as potassium, magnesium, iron, vitamin B6, copper and fiber.
BUILT ON
212 MILES.
Eat My Dust was founded by an avid cyclist and data analytics leader who rode 2025 Seattle to Portland — 212 miles — and noticed a contradiction in the training block leading up to it. The pursuit of performance had quietly become a steady intake of processed and ultra processed food in addition to different powders.
The question was simple: what if the fuel that powered an endurance athlete was also just real food? Not a compromise between performance and health — both, without negotiation.
Medjool Original was the answer to that question. Three dates. One ingredient. Thirty minutes of fuel. Built in Seattle, tested on asphalt.
Made by nature.
Tested by asphalt.
Built for athletes who take the sport seriously — and their fuel the same way.
